LFB BIOMANUFACTURING also benefits from its integration within the LFB group, a major player in biopharmaceuticals, with respect to industrial and pharmaceutical expertise, Analytical Methods for Protein characterization, Protein Formulation, Viral Safety, Regulatory Support.

 

CUTTING-EDGE EQUIPMENT AND FLEXIBILITY OFFERED BY THE FACILITY in a high level regulatory environment

On its industrial facility in Alès (France), LFB BIOMANUFACTURING uses only robust, qualified equipment from renowned suppliers that meet high safety and quality standards for GMP production. High flexibility of the facility is achieved with single-use bioreactors and appropriate purification/filtration systems. The current bioreactor volumes available are 250L or 1,000L for production of clinical and commercial batches. 2000L bioreactors are being installed . Moreover the Uptsream and  multiple downstream capacities of LFB  BIOMANUFACTURING site allow us to perform simultaneous manufacturing for LFB or customers
