Cell lines and banks
We offers our cell line development (CLD) services, using either your proprietary cell line or a line specifically developed to express your protein of interest.
LFB BIOMANUFACTURING provides you with two cell line development platforms: LFB’s proprietary platform, EMABling®, and a generic CHO platform. (CHO-S Life Technologies).
Cell banks storage
At LFB BIOMANUFACTURING, we have state-of-the-art facilities and secure storage areas for the preparation of master cell banks (MCB) and working cell banks (WCB) to GMP standards, in compliance with ICH guidelines.
We are also well versed in the regulatory framework applicable to the characterisation of cell lines, biosafety controls, in collaboration with independent biological safety laboratories.
