LFB is among the top 10 in the 2025 Work-Study category of the HappyIndex® Trainees® France ranking

As a reminder, HappyIndex® Trainees® is an anonymous and independent survey conducted by ChooseMyCompany which gives interns and work-study students the opportunity to freely express their point of view and feedback about their time with the company. This year, 133 work-study students and interns across all of our sites in France completed this survey.

As a reminder, HappyIndex® Trainees® is an anonymous and independent survey conducted by ChooseMyCompany which gives interns and work-study students the opportunity to freely express their point of view and feedback about their time with the company. This year, 133 work-study students and interns across all of our sites in France completed this survey.

The main trends observed were:

94.7% said they are proud of LFB’s products,
92.5% would recommend LFB for an internship or work-study programme,
90.2% developed real human skills (“soft skills”) in addition to technical skills: communication, priority management, ethics, critical thinking, leadership, etc.
88.7% said that the work during their mission was useful to the company,
85.7% said they had opportunities to learn and develop skills: assigned projects, training, quality of tutoring, etc.
